This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw was newsworthy. Braun Strowman was replaced for the Universal Championship match at the Royal Rumble, Nikki Cross made her official main roster debut and a new Intercontinental Champion was crowned. It was a No Disqualification Triple Threat Match between Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Bobby Lashley.
Before the match got started, Rollins was interviewed by Charly Caruso and it was made clear that this would be Rollins’ last shot at the title.
Lashley won the title by pinning Ambrose, thanks to interference from Lio Rush. It’s the first time Lashley has held the IC title.
