WWE Raw Fans Drown Gunther With Boos: “John Cena Tapped Out Like A Little B*tch”

Gunther opened Monday Night Raw to address his victory over John Cena at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he ended the 17-time World Champion’s career. The World Heavyweight Champion was met with a hostile reception, as the crowd directed “F**k You” chants toward the ring. Gunther boasted about the finish of the match, stating that he made Cena “tap out like a little b**ch.”

After briefly exiting the ring, Gunther returned to stand atop the announce table, repeating his claim that he made Cena submit “like a little b**ch” before finally heading backstage.

Backstage Confrontation

Upon walking through the curtain, Gunther was immediately confronted by R-Truth, who called him a “piece of trash.” Raw General Manager Adam Pearce then intervened, asking Gunther if he felt proud to walk over Cena’s legacy knowing he would never return. When Gunther affirmed that he was, Pearce ejected him from the building for the night.

Altercation with AJ Styles

As Gunther walked to his car in the parking lot, he encountered AJ Styles. Gunther entered his vehicle, rolled down the window, and mocked Styles by performing Cena’s signature “You Can’t See Me” hand gesture before driving away.
