WWE Raw Legends Night episode draws over 2 million viewers

This week’s edition of WWE Monday Night Raw saw an expected increase in viewership from last Monday’s episode.

According to Showbuzz Daily, the episode drew an average of 2.128 million viewers on the USA Network. This is up from the 1.769 million viewers a week ago. WWE hasn’t drawn over 2 million viewers for Raw since last August.

WWE was expecting to get a big boost in viewership with its Legends Night special. The likes of Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan made an appearance on the show. Raw also didn’t have to go up against Monday Night Football on ESPN.

The 18-49 demos saw hour one had 0.70 then 0.66 in hour two, and 0.68 in hour three. Here is the hourly viewership breakdown:

Hour 1 (8 pm): 2.197 million – last week: 1.886
Hour 2 (9 pm): 2.150 million – last week: 1.783
Hour 3 (10 pm): 2.036 million – last week: 1.638

To compare, the last time that WWE did a legends show, which was the Raw Reunion special in July 2019, the episode did 3.093 million viewers. Raw 25 was before that in 2018 and did 4.530 million viewers.

The episode featured WWE Champion Drew McIntyre defending the title against Keith Lee in the main event and a surprise appearance by Goldberg to confront McIntyre to close the show.
