WWE Raw returns tonight from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas with a stacked card featuring two returns and a Women’s Intercontinental Championship match more than a decade in the making.
Roman Reigns makes his return to Raw with less than five weeks until his World Heavyweight Championship match against CM Punk at WrestleMania 42 in Las Vegas. Reigns is expected to respond to last week’s promo exchange between Punk and his cousins Jey and Jimmy Uso.
Brock Lesnar also returns to Raw tonight, making the first of five consecutive scheduled appearances. Lesnar is awaiting an opponent for WrestleMania 42, having issued an open challenge that has yet to be answered.
The Women’s Intercontinental Championship is on the line as AJ Lee defends against Bayley in a rematch more than 13 years in the making. The two last faced each other in a match for the now-retired Divas Championship on an episode of NXT at Full Sail University. Lee is the first-ever WWE Women’s Grand Slam Champion, while Bayley will be looking to add a new title to her own decorated resume.
Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer faces Raquel Rodriguez in a non-title match. The two have met multiple times over recent months as part of Vaquer’s ongoing rivalry with The Judgment Day. Vaquer is less than five weeks away from defending the Women’s World Championship against Liv Morgan at WrestleMania 42.
The Judgment Day are also scheduled to address their actions from last week, when they turned on Finn Balor. Maxxine Dupri and Nattie continue their rivalry tonight after their last two matches ended without a definitive winner, finishing in a double countout and a referee’s decision respectively. Dupri returned last week to get the better of Nattie with a sneak attack, but tonight Nattie will be ready.
The Original El Grande Americano and El Grande Americano are also set to clash after weeks of conflict that began when the Original El Grande Americano was cursed by Danhausen and lost his Men’s Intercontinental Championship opportunity to his masked counterpart. Men’s Intercontinental Champion Penta, Rhea Ripley, and Becky Lynch are also advertised for the show.
