WWE RAW viewership for 1/2/17: Viewership up against two college football bowl games

Monday’s episode of WWE RAW did 3,047 million viewers, which is up from the 2,855 million viewers the show did last week. Hour one averaged 3,042 million viewers, hour two drew 3,159 million viewers, and the final hour of the show averaged 2,939 million viewers. This was the first episode of RAW of the new year and featured an appearance by Goldberg.

RAW ranked #8 in the top 150 shows on cable for Monday night. The show had to go up against the college football bowl game between USC and Penn State that drew 15,740 million viewers as well as the game between the Oklahoma and Auburn that drew 9,515 million viewers.
