PWInsider.com reports there is a strong belief among talent within WWE that GIULIA is set for a “major spotlight” on the SmackDown brand in the coming weeks.
GIULIA is a decorated talent from Japan, best known for her time as a top star in the Stardom promotion where she was a former World of Stardom Champion. Her signing was considered a major acquisition for WWE when she was shown in the crowd at NXT Stand & Deliver during WrestleMania weekend earlier this year.
Her official main roster debut took place on the May 16, 2025, episode of Friday Night SmackDown. In a backstage segment, General Manager Nick Aldis introduced GIULIA as the newest member of the blue brand.
