The Falls Count Anywhere Match between King Baron Corbin and Roman Reigns kicked off the main card for the 2020 WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view. Reigns is looking for revenge after being humiliated by Corbin in recent weeks and attacks by Corbin, Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler on Reigns and The Usos.
They started out by brawling at ringside but they moved into the ring after a couple of minutes. The match eventually spilled out into the crowd and then made their way back to ringside where Corbin slammed Reigns onto the German announcer’s table. Reigns kicked out of the pin attempt and fought back but Corbin then drove Reigns through the Spanish announcer’s table, Reigns kicked out of the pin attempt.
They brawled into the crowd again and Reigns surprised Corbin with a Samoan Drop through a table near some equipment. Reigns did another Samoan Drop through another table but that was not enough to get the pin on Corbin. Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler attacked Reigns and it was legal because there were no DQ’s in this match but The Usos showed up to even up the odds for Reigns.
Reigns eventually got the upper hand on Corbin with Superman punches. Reigns then shoved Corbin into a port-a-potty and then tipped it over with Corbin inside of it. The brawl continued through the crowd and they ende dup on top of the Astros dugout. Corbin hit Reigns with chair shots to the back while on top of the dugout but Reigns fought back and nailed him with a Superman punch and a spear. He covered Corbin to win the match on top of the dugout.
