WWE Women’s World Championship Match: Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax
Jax took a cheap shot to Ripley during ring introductions. Ripley caught her with a counter DDT. Rhea with a dive off the apron to the floor. Nia took over with a headbutt then a splash in the corner. Jax with a samoan drop off the middle rope for 2. We’re back from break with Jax hitting a leg drop off the middle rope for 2. Jax went back to the middle rope and Rhea hit a powerbomb. Rhea knocked her to the floor before going back to the top rope and hitting a crossbody. Jax countered the riptide by falling on her. Jax splashed off the middle rope and then went for another one, but Rhea picked her up from behind and hit an electric chair. Rhea with the riptide for the win.
Winner: Rhea Ripley
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Bron Breakker (champion) vs. Sheamus
Bron had a strong start before sending him to the floor. Bron ran around the ring before Sheamus dumped him over the barricade. Back in the ring, Sheamus hit a clothesline off the top rope for 2. Sheamus went for a dive off the steel steps, but Bron caught him with a spear. We’re back from break with the two men exchanging words then strikes. Sheamus caught him with a knee strike for 2. Sheamus with the razor’s edge for 2. Bron went for the spear, but Sheamus caught him with the brogue kick, but Bron put the foot on the bottom rope to break the count. Sheamus with a knee strike, but missed the kick and Bron hit the spear for the win.
Winner: Bron Breakker
Segment: Shawn Michaels to moderate contract signing between Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens for Royal Rumble match
Michaels cut a promo about how Nick Aldis brought him in because he couldn’t get it done. Ring introductions were made. Owens and Rhodes had a staredown as Michaels talked about how the contract signing is only to get their signatures regardless of what happens tonight. Rhode signed first before Owens wanted to talk. Owens said that Rhodes saying he takes the easy way out is a lie before bringing up their Bash in Berlin match and not taking the easy way out by targeting Rhodes’ knee. Cody said he didn’t come here to hear Owens talk and is done tired of worrying about Owens. Cody wants to worry about who he’s defending the title against at Mania. Owens said that once he signs the contract, he will shut everyone up who says he is not the true champ and that he is the rightful holder. Owens said he will take everything Rhodes has worked for since returning because he deserves it. Michaels said Owens sounds jealous of Rhodes. Owens said that Michaels is jealous of him because he has brought more pride to the WWE Title than Michaels ever did. Owens vowed to give fans a champion they can be proud of when he wins it. Owens signed it. Michaels instructed the referee to take the titles from them and hang them above the ring. Michaels wished them luck and wanted to shake Owens’ hand, but he waited until Rhodes wasn’t looking and got a cheap shot. Owens went for the piledriver on Michaels, but Rhodes stopped it. Michaels laid out Owens with Sweet Chin Music.
Singles Match: Jacob Fatu vs. Braun Strowman
They traded shots to start things off. We’re back from break with Braun tackling him over the announce table. Braun went for it again, but Fatu caught him with a samoan drop. Back in the ring, Fatu worked him over. Fatu grabbed a chair and started hitting Braun open. Braun was bleeding badly from his nose. The finish saw Fatu deliver multiple hip attacks to Strowman in the corner before the referee stepped in front of Fatu and was thrown out of the ring, causing the DQ. Fatu continued the attack after the match.
Winner: Strowman via DQ.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match: GUNTHER (champion) vs. Jey Uso
After a hot start by Jey, as he went to the top rope, GUNTHER knocked him off the apron with a chop. Back from break, GUNTHER started the beatdown. GUNTHER with a big boot then a powerbomb for 2. After the second commercial, Uso caught him with a superkick. Uso followed it up with a sitdown powerbomb for 2. Uso avoided a powerbomb with a hurricanrona and then hit a spear for 2. Uso with a superkick then a spear and went to the top rope for the spear and hit it for 2. Uso went for a spear, but GUNTHER countered and hit two powerbombs for the win.
Winner: GUNTHER
