WWE shares interesting decade statistic involving two stars

2019 is in the books as today marks the first day of 2020.

With that said, WWE’s stats Twitter account shared a bunch of statistics while looking back on the decade.

This is where the account noted how Luke Gallows and Drew McIntyre are the only Raw superstars to have WWE programs in 2010 and (going into) 2020. It should be noted that both stars did leave the company for a few years before returning.

“#WWEStats2019: Superstars who had a match on the first @WWE TV show of 2010 (SmackDown 1/1/10) and the final #WWE TV show of 2019 (#RAW 12/30/19):

– @DMcIntyreWWE

– @LukeGallowsWWE #DecadeChallenge”

Starting with Gallows, he had a run on the main roster with WWE as the Fake Kane and then Festus. WWE would put him in  CM Punk’s Straight Edge Society before his departure. In 2016, he signed a contract with WWE in order to return with Karl Anderson. The tag team is now aligned as part of The OC with AJ Styles.

Regarding McIntyre, when he was first put on the main roster, he was endorsed by Vince McMahon but would later be booked as a jobber as part of 3MB. He returned to the company in 2017 where he became a top star in NXT and eventually on the main roster.
