WWE Shifted Two Big WrestleMania Matches To Raw On Netflix Premiere

WWE loaded up the January 6th debut episode of Raw from The Intuit Dome in LA. The show had plenty of notable moments, whether they were appearances for The Rock and John Cena or the bouts featured on the card.

The main event was CM Punk vs. Seth Rollins, while the opener was Roman Reigns vs. Solo Sikoa in tribal combat. There was also a title change when Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan dropped the title to Rhea Ripley.

WWE treated the show as a premium live event-type show and delivered on that. They reportedly shifted two bouts from WrestleMania 41 to this show.

PWInsider.com reports that Punk vs. Rollins and Morgan vs. Ripley were penciled in for potential Wrestlemania 41 bouts at one point. However, WWE opted to shift them to this show.
