WWE SmackDown live event after Royal Rumble has been cancelled

WWE SmackDown Live arena

The Tucson Convention Center and WWE have announced that the SmackDown live event that was scheduled for the Monday night after the Royal Rumble has been cancelled.

The official announcement says that it's because of production issues but this will cause fans to speculate that either this was because of low ticket sales or perhaps WWE wants the entire roster available to appear on Monday Night Raw.

If they are moving forward with another Draft/Superstar Shake-Up then that would explain the cancellation.
