WWE Friday Night SmackDown overnight ratings dip from last week

The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from St. Petersburg, Florida at Tropicana Field.

The episode drew an average of 2.010 million viewers, which is down from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 2.166 million viewers on FOX.

The first hour saw it pull in 2.028 million viewers while hour two did 1.992 million viewers. The show did 2.153 million viewers in hour one while hour two did 2.179 million viewers a week ago.

It also pulled in an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was #2 for the night. That is down from the 0.60 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.

SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It was behind 20/20, Magnum P.I., Blue Bloods, Shark Tank, Dateline NBC, and other series among the top shows on network television.

It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until next week. Throughout the show, WWE hyped up the Fastlane Universal Title contract signing between Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns.
