WWE SmackDown overnight ratings increase for Elimination Chamber go-home show

The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from St. Petersburg, Florida at Tropicana Field.

The episode drew an average of 2.071 million viewers, which is up from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 1.883 million viewers on FOX. This was the go-home edition of SmackDown for Sunday’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event.

The first hour saw it pull in 2.038 million viewers while hour two did 2.105 million viewers. The show did 1.905 million viewers in hour one while hour two did 1.862 million viewers a week ago.

It also pulled in an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was #2 for the night. That is the same from the 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.

SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It was behind 20/20, Magnum P.I., Blue Bloods, Shark Tank, Dateline NBC, and other series among the top shows on network television.

It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until next week.
