The overnight ratings are in for Friday’s WWE SmackDown episode from Tampa, Florida at Yuengling Center.
The episode drew an average of 1.923 million viewers, which is down from last Friday’s SmackDown episode that did an average of 2.042 million viewers on FOX.
The first hour saw it pull in 1.875 million viewers while hour two did 1.971 million viewers. The show did 2.046 million viewers in hour one while hour two did 2.037 million viewers a week ago.
It also pulled in an average of 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was #2 for the night. That is the same from the 0.50 rating in the 18-49 demographic the show did last week.
SmackDown was in the middle of the pack for the night among the networks in viewership. It should be noted that this is the overnight number and the actual rating won’t be released until next week.
The show featured two title matches – Roman Reigns defending the Universal Title against Daniel Bryan’s whose SmackDown career was on the line and Apollo Crews defending the Intercontinental Title against Big E. It went up the second night of the NFL Draft that aired on a few different networks. The airing of the Draft on ABC did around 2 million viewers.
