WWE SmackDown Preview: Two Title Matches, #1 Contender’s Bout

Today’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown is the final stop on the road to this Sunday’s Clash in Paris premium live event. The go-home show from the LDLC Arena in Lyon-Décines, France, will feature two championship matches and a number one contender’s match.

Two WWE Championships On The Line

In a United States Championship match, the champion, Solo Sikoa, will defend his title against the newest member of the SmackDown roster, Sami Zayn. The WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships will also be on the line as the new champions, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, make their a title defense against Piper Niven and Alba Fyre of The Secret Hervice.

Final Confrontations Before WWE Clash In Paris

With just two days until their clash in Paris, John Cena and Logan Paul are both scheduled to be in the building for one final confrontation. The show will also see the fallout from Randy Orton’s surprise return and RKO to Drew McIntyre last week.

In other tag team action, a number one contender’s match will be held to determine the next challengers for the WWE Tag Team Championships. The new team of The Miz and Carmelo Hayes will take on The Street Profits. The show will air live this afternoon for those using VPNs and living internationally via Netflix.
