Roman Reigns, Solo Sikoa, Jimmy Uso, and Paul Heyman came to the ring. Reigns said Solo is the heir apparent to the Tribal Chief in case anything happens to him. Randy Orton came to the ring and told Reigns I’m coming for you. You took 18 months from me, and now I’m going to take everything from you. It starts tonight and ends at the Royal Rumble because I’m challenging you for the WWE Championship. Roman said you’ve been gone for 18 months. You haven’t done anything to earn this opportunity so you can go to the back of the line where you belong. Orton said Reigns is a legend, but I will always be a legend killer. Orton attempted an RKO, but Roman escaped.
US Title Contender’s Tournament:
Grayson Waller vs Carmelo Hayes
Waller picked up Hayes, but Hayes turned it into a victory roll for a near fall. Hayes hit Waller with a superkick and a springboard DDT. Hayes caught Waller with the First 48 and a flying leg off the top rope on the back of Waller’s neck to score the pinfall.

Backstage, LA Knight asked Randy Orton what time he should set his alarm to make the save tonight. Orton said just like last week, I don’t need your help. Knight said I’m not saying you need my help or you’re looking for my help, but we know how those numbers work. I’m not sure you would have been able to sign the contract to SmackDown if I didn’t come out to save you. Orton said we got a win last week against Solo and Jimmy so we’re cool. Let’s keep it that way and to keep it that way, stay out of my way. Knight said you’re worried about Roman Reigns and the Bloodline, but I’m going to take everything away from Roman before anybody.
US Title Contender’s Tournament:
Kevin Owens vs Austin Theory
Owens hit Theory with the Swanton Bomb off the top rope for a near fall. Theory blocked the stunner and slammed Owen’s injured hand against the ring post and stomped his hand on the ring steps. Owens used his cast to hit Theory and pinned him.
===Winner: Kevin Owens
Backstage, Roman Reigns said Randy Orton ruined Solo’s moment. Somebody needs to shut his mouth. Jimmy said I can silence Randy Orton, but this sounds like a job for the Tribal Heir. Reigns said it’s promotion season. If you can handle Orton alone, just imagine what’s in store.
In a pre-taped interview, Karrion Kross said we are at a new beginning and everything is about to crumble.
In the back, Carmelo Hayes told Kevin Owens I have a ton of respect for you, but with this US Championship tournament, I need this win next week more than you do. I’m not like Waller and I’m not like Theory. You’re not going to punch me in the face and you’re not going to lil bro me.
It was announced that Charlotte Flair injured her knee last week in her match against Asuka and will be out of action for nine months.
In a pre-taped interview, Bayley said I formed Damage CTRL to become the most dominant women’s faction in WWE history and everyday, we get closer to my goal. I knew IYO was destined to become the WWE Women’s Champion. With the Kabuki Warriors, we are stronger than ever. The Kabuki Warriors will now go after the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. I will win the Royal Rumble and take Rhea Ripley’s championship and then my dream will become a reality.
The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) (w/ Dakota Kai) vs Michin & Salina Vega
With Kai on the ring apron distracting the referee, Bayley ran down and pushed Michin off the top turnbuckle. Asuka kicked Michin in the head. Sane came off the top rope with the insane elbow to pin Michin.

In the back, Jimmy Uso told Solo that this feels like a setup. Jimmy asked Solo if he would tell him and Solo said I’m your brother.
In a pre-taped interview, Santos Escobar said in the United States tournament, when I’m through with Bobby Lashley, he won’t appear on SmackDown again and when I’m done with everybody else standing in my way, I will become the new United States Champion.
In the back, Bobby Lashley said he will defeat Santos Escobar and go on to defeat Logan Paul for the United States Championship.
Randy Orton vs Jimmy Uso
Solo started to make his way to the ring. LA Knight came out and slammed Solo into the barricade. Orton gave Jimmy and RKO and pinned him. Reigns attacked Knight from behind. Reigns got in the ring and started slugging it out with Orton. Jimmy hit Orton from behind. Knight jumped in the ring to attack Jimmy. Solo came in to attack Knight. AJ Styles appeared and hit Reigns with the Phenomenal 4-Arm sending the Bloodline into the aisle. Styles then clotheslined Knight and walked past the Bloodline.
