Brock Lesnar give Corey Graves two F-5s

The show started with Michael Cole saying Brock Lesnar wanted to be interviewed in the back. As Cole made his way up the entrance, Lesnar came out and carried Cole back to the ring and dumped him on the mat. He grabbed Cole by the tie. Corey Graves came in to save Cole but Lesnar gave him an F-5. Lesnar yelled in the camera to John Cena that he’s “coming for blood.” He then got in the ring and gave Graves another F-5.

Backstage:

Brock Lesnar walked by Paul Heyman and said, “We can talk”, and walked off. Nick Aldis told Heyman, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed that today is not the day. He has a contract signing for the main event of Wrestlepalooza. He needs two signatures on the document. What he doesn’t need is any more problems. Heyman said he came to broker a peace between Breaker, Reed, and The Usos and asked where the Usos would be. Aldis said they are in Indianapolis but you already know that. Heyman said he didn’t know that so now that they are here, they will just enjoy the show.

Back at the announce table:

Michael Cole said Corey Graves is back there getting medical attention because he came to help him. He said never felt as helpless as he felt tonight. If that’s what awaits John Cena, he’s afraid Cena won’t even have the answers.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss (Champions) vs Chelsea Green & Alba Fyre

The Miz took over for Corey Graves doing commentary with Michael Cole. As Charlotte made her way to the top turnbuckle, Green knocked her off. Fyre superkicked Charlotte and made the tag to Green. Fyre hit a swanton bomb on Charlotte. Green went for the cover but Bliss broke up the pin attempt. Fyre superkicked Bliss. Charlotte hit Green with the Natural Selection and pinned her to retain the championship.

Backstage:

B-Fab told The Street Profits that they’ve been together for a long time. They are like brothers, and like brothers, they may not see eye to eye from time to time. If they still want tag team gold, they need to get past this and get back to whatever is best for the Street Profits. Michin interrupted and told B-Fab that Nick Aldis is ready to talk to them about a tag match for next week against Giulia and Kiana James.

B-Fab left and the Profits shook hands and will talk to Aldis on how they can get back to getting the tag team championship again. After Montez Ford left, Uncle Howdy told Angelo Dawkins that Ford doesn’t want to hear what he has to say, but he does. Ford charged back in and grabbed Howdy by the shirt and asked what he was trying to do. Howdy said he’s here to guide lost souls and find the right path. Erik Rowan then charged in and hit both Profits sending them to the ground.

Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed attack Fraxiom

Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed attacked Fraxiom and threw them out of the ring. As Heyman started to cut an interview on The Usos, Fraxiom came off the top turnbuckles and hit Breakker and Reed with dropkicks, sending them out of the ring. Fraxiom dove through the ropes onto Breakker and Reed. Nick Aldis came out and set up a tag team match between the two teams right now.

Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed (w/Paul Heyman) vs Fraxiom (Nathan Frazier & Axiom)

Frazier hit Reed with a Frog Splash for a two-count. Reed nailed Frazier with the Jagged Edge. Reed went to the top rope. Axiom followed him up there but got pushed off and got nailed by a spear by Breakker on the way down. Reed then hit the Tsunami on Frazier and pinned him.

Winners: Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed

After the match, Paul Heyman grabbed the microphone and was interrupted by The Usos on the video screen from Indianapolis who said they will be victorious at Wrestlepalooza.

Triple Threat Match for the WWE Women’s Championship Match made for next week’s SmackDown

Nia Jax got in the ring and said she is the Alpha female in WWE. She is tired of hearing, “It’s Tiffy Time” and that’s why she put her in time out. She said Jade Cargill looks fantastic until she gets in the ring and gets Annihilated. Tiffany Stratton came out from the entrance way. Tiffany said she’s tired of hearing Nia run her mouth about her. Jade can take her cape off because she’s not a superhero. She is committed to show both of them why she is the WWE Women’s Champion.

Tiffany tried to make her way to the ring but security stopped her. Jade came out, punched the security guards, and walked past Tiffany to get in the ring. As she was about to enter the ring, more security came in and held her back.

Nick Aldis came out and told them if they take another step or throw another punch, there will be severe consequences. He said next week the WWE Women’s Championship will be on the line in a triple threat match.

United States Championship Match: Sami Zayn (Champion) vs Carmelo Hayes

Hayes hit Zayn with a springboard cutter. He then attempted the Nothing but Net but Zayn moved out of the way. Zayn kicked Hayes in the face, caught him in the Blue Thunder Bomb, and pinned him to retain the championship.

Winner: Sami Zayn

Backstage:

Kit Wilson was talking to Nick Aldis when Damian Priest came in. Priest confronted Aldis and said if he doesn’t give him Aleister Black, everybody is going to deal with The Punisher. Wilson told Priest he is acting out in hyper-masculine, overtly aggressive ways and is toxic. Priest threw Wilson through the wall and told Aldis to give him Aleister Black.

Solo Sikoa Vignette:

Solo Sikoa said Tonga Loa the only loyal soldier he has has left. He’s been with him from the start of the Bloodline and never betrayed him. Tonga showed him love and sacrificed his body. He owes it to him to make him a champion. He let him down, but as long as he’s part of his family tree, his loyalty will be rewarded. Tonga said, “I love you, Solo.”

Cody Rhodes – Drew McIntyre contract signing for the WWE Championship at Wrestlepalooza

Drew McIntyre made his way to the ring followed by Cody Rhodes. Cody reminded Drew that 15 years ago today they won the tag team championship. He mentioned Drew’s accolades and called him, “The Scottish Warrior”, but said lately he’s been, “The Keyboard Warrior” as he’s been whining online.

Drew pulled out his phone and it said, “Thank you, Cody.” He said he wrote that because all this time all he wanted was a legitimate shot at the WWE Championship with no interference and nobody screwing him over. He knows Cody is not going to let that happen because he’s the ultimate company guy and a company champion. He told Cody he doesn’t think for himself anymore. He thinks about the company as he’s the corporate champion. Drew reminded him that he kicked his head on a table, put him out for five weeks, and instead of stomping his brains, he’s talking him to death. Drew said he was there before but the crowd is going to turn on him and he’s going to think, “Drew is right.”

Cody said Drew’s legacy is going to be the man who lost the main event on the debut on ESPN. Both men signed the contract. Drew got up and headbutted Cody. They brawled outside the ring. Drew hesitated and didn’t kick Cody’s head on the table and told him that the match is happening tomorrow and he’s taking his championship.

As Drew was leaving the ringside area, Nick Aldis came out. Cody dove over the top rope onto Drew and they brawled with security trying to separate them. Drew broke free, gave him the Claymore Kick, and kicked him again in the air knocking Cody out as the show went off the air.
