Our live coverage starts at 8:00 PM EST

The show started with LA Knight challenging Seth Rollins to come to the ring and talk to him. This brought out Paul Heyman. He said Seth Rollins told him to warn Knight that he better get out of Grand Rapids now or something bad is going to happen to him. Knight challenged Heyman to a fight. Knight said I’m going to turn my back and you can have a free punch. When Knight turned around, Heyman walked out of the ring. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed jumped Knight and threw him out of the ring. Knight grabbed a chair and hit both of them with it to end the segment.

After the commercial break, Byron Saxton appeared backstage with breaking news. He said that SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis had just announced that Bronson Reed would go one-on-one with LA Knight later that night.

Queen of the Ring Semifinals Match: Alexa Bliss vs Asuka

Late in the match, Bliss was going to go for the Twisted Bliss, but thought Asuka was injured and came back down off the top rope only to find out that Asuka was fine. As the action continued, Bliss again went for the Twisted Bliss, but Asuka got her knees up. Asuka followed it up with the Empress Impact and pinned her.

They cut to the backstage area. B-Fab and Michin said they need to talk to Nick Aldis about the tag team titles.

Jade Cargill told Bryan Saxton that she’s going to defeat Roxanne Perez and then Asuka to claim the crown as Queen of the Ring.

Chelsea Green confronted Alexa Bliss backstage and told her it’s her fault she isn’t Queen of the Ring. Charlotte Flair appeared and said she should have been in the tournament and will tap out Green tonight. Bliss told Charlotte I don’t need your help. Charlotte said I wasn’t trying to help you.

Aleister Black vs Kit Wilson

Before the match got underway, R-Truth hit the ring and attacked Wilson and put him in the STF. He grabbed the microphone and demanded Cena to get out here now. When Cena didn’t come out, Truth once again put the STF on Wilson until security and agents came in to break it up. The match between Black and Wilson didn’t take place.

Black confronted Truth backstage and asked him why he’s getting involved in his matches. Truth said it’s not personal and it has nothing to do with you. Damian Priest stepped in and told Black that Truth is going through a lot and wanted to talk to Truth. Priest told Truth there was no need to do what he did. I was the one that beat people up for no reason and you were the one who made me smile and made the world smile. Focus all your anger on John Cena.

In the ring, Jey Uso told Cody we have been in the trenches. We’ve both been to the mountaintop, but there is only room for one of us. I’m going to get mine. When we face off, it’s not personal, it’s just business. Sami Zayn entered the ring and said I’m the only one in the ring who hasn’t won the World Championship. I was the first one in the ring to congratulate both of you when you won the championship. It’s now time for me to finish my story.

Randy Orton made his presence felt as he stepped into the ring with a message for his potential SummerSlam rivals. He warned Cody Rhodes that he won’t hesitate to cross any line—even if it means taking him out to reach John Cena and capture his 15th World Championship. Turning to Jey Uso, Orton acknowledged their shared family history with respect, but made it crystal clear that if they meet at SummerSlam, Jey’s getting hit with an RKO. As for Sami Zayn, Orton told him he’s destined to become World Champion someday—but not at SummerSlam because tonight, Sami is getting an RKO.

King of the Ring Semifinals Match: Randy Orton vs Sami Zayn

Zayn delivered a powerful Blue Thunder Bomb to Orton, nearly securing the win with a close two-count. As the match heated up, Orton attempted an RKO, but Zayn managed to block the move. Seizing the moment, Zayn charged forward with a Helluva Kick, however, Orton countered mid-charge, catching Zayn with a perfectly timed RKO. Orton quickly went for the cover and sealed the victory with the three-count..

Nia Jax gave an interview in the ring. She said Tiffany Stratton approached me and asked to be under my wing because she knew what I could do for her, and she betrayed me. This brought out Tiffany Stratton. Stratton told her to just admit that I’m better than you. Jax asked for a match with her. Stratton said she already made it official as next week it’s going to be a Last Woman Standing match. This led to both of them immediately fighting each other. Jax hit Stratton with a leg drop and raised the belt overhead, followed by another leg drop.

This brought out Naomi with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Jax grabbed her and stopped her from cashing in. This enabled Stratton to dropkick Naomi into Jax to end the segment.

Chelsea Green (w/ Piper Niven & Alba Fyre) vs Charlotte Flair

Green hit Flair with a leg lariat for a near fall. Green took her mask off. Flair blocked an Unpretty-Her and gave her a spear for a two-count. Green blocked the figure-8 and rolled her up for a near fall. Flair once again went for the figure-8 and got the submission victory. After the match, Niven and Fyre attacked Flair. Bliss came in and attacked Niven and Fyre. She followed it up with a Sister Abigail on Green. Bliss extended her hand to Flair, but Flair walked by her without shaking it and walked out of the ring.

=== Winner: Charlotte Flair

Backstage, JC Mateo told Solo Sikoa he is going to take out Jacob Fatu. Solo said not too because he’s going to talk to him and smooth things over, but be ready just in case.

Solo called Jacob Fatu to the ring and said he loves him. Families fight, they forgive, and then they move forward. Nobody saw the potential in you except me. Nobody wanted you here except me. I brought you here so you can change your life because I love you. I don’t have anybody else. You’re all I got, so come back.

Jacob said the way I see things is you’ve been using me to gain power and to fight your battles, gain power and championships. I think the problem is my United States Championship, so fight me for it. Solo tried to spike Jacob, but Jacob blocked it and started laying the boots to him. With Solo in trouble, Mateo hit the ring. Solo and Mateo began beating on Jacob. Jimmy Uso ran into the ring. After Jimmy hit a superkick on both of them, Solo and Mateo took over. As they held Jimmy down, Jacob recovered and beat up Solo and Jacob. Jacob and Jimmy stared at each other as they weren’t sure to trust each other or not.

Bronson Reed (w/ Paul Heyman & Bron Breakker) vs LA Knight

Knight hit Reed with a floating DDT and punched Breakker who made his way up the ring apron. Reed dove at Knight, but Knight pulled the ropes down, sending Reed over the top rope. Knight was getting ready to fly over the top rope, but Breakker hit him with a spear  which resulted in the referee calling for the bell. Bronson held Knight while Breakker gave him another spear. Reed followed that up by delivering three Tsunamis on Knight.

Backstage, Jacob Fatu said the match has been made between him and Solo Sikoa at Night of Champions.

John Cena vs R-Truth

Truth gave Cena the Stinger splash. Cena grabbed his belt and walked out. Truth went after him and was hit in the head with the belt resulting in the referee calling for the bell. Punk ran after Cena and they brawled in the ring. Cena gave Punk a low blow and hit him in the head with the belt. Cena brought a table into the ring and gave him another shot to the head with the belt. Following this, he gave Punk an Attitude Adjustment through the table.

As Punk laid there unconscious, Cena told Punk he hates the idea that he’s the best in the world because he’s not. He said I’m the greatest of all time. You’re better than me at one thing and that is Punk is a better bullshitter than him. You’re a loud mouth opportunist who will step on the necks of people who work hard if it gets you ahead. Cena then looked in the camera and asked how Claudio Castagnoli, Nick Nemeth, and Matt Cardona are doing.

He told Punk to remember who gave him the stage for his pipe bomb and said he’s only regurgitated the same five microphone moves of doom since then. You’re no longer the voice of the voiceless. You’re a millionaire despite yourself. You’re a capitalist and you’re not against TKO. You’re Mr. TKO.
