WWE SmackDown Star Could Be Moving To Raw After SummerSlam

A new report suggests that a significant roster shakeup could be on the horizon following WWE SummerSlam. According to WrestleVotes, there are internal discussions within WWE about moving current SmackDown star Jimmy Uso to the Monday Night Raw brand on a full-time basis.

A Move to Monday Nights

The WWE Draft took place just a few months ago, but the company may already be looking to make a major change. The move would see Jimmy Uso depart SmackDown, where he has been a central figure in The Bloodline storyline.

“We are told there’s some internal discussion within WWE about sending Jimmy Uso over to Raw on a full-time basis, likely after SummerSlam.”

Reuniting With Family

The report outlines two key motivations for the potential move, both of which revolve around reuniting Jimmy with his family. The first is to pair him with his wife, Naomi, who is the reigning Women’s World Champion. The second is to reunite The Usos by putting him back on the same show as his twin brother, Jey Uso.

“If it were to happen, the move would pair him up with his wife, the current Women’s World Champion Naomi, who is expected to be traveling with the red brand for the foreseeable future. Is that a spoiler? TC, potentially, as well as it will allow him to travel again with his brother Jey Uso, who’s been on Monday Night Raw for a while now.”

Jimmy could join Jey and Roman Reigns in their fight against Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed and the injured Seth Rollins.
