WWE SmackDown viewership for 1/7/16: Big increase

Thursday’s episode of WWE SmackDown drew 2,757,000 viewers on the USA Network, which way up from last week’s 1,658,000 (New Years Eve edition, so that is a lower than average number because of the holiday) show that drew on SyFy. Thursday’s show was the first episode of SmackDown to air on the USA Network.

A SmackDown special aired on the USA Network back on December 22nd and that show drew 2.264 million viewers.

WWE taped SmackDown from Laredo, TX at the Laredo Energy Arena on Tuesday night.

We hope to have the actual rating of the show shortly.
