A report from WrestleVotes states that sources within WWE expect this appearance “to be the start of something more.” The report added, “There’s anticipation the music superstar will make additional appearances in the near future.”
This news is amplified by a key detail also noted in the report: “while currently touring, Jelly Roll is off the first weekend of August.” That weekend coincides with WWE’s annual SummerSlam premium live event, which is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, leading to immediate speculation that he could be involved in a match or a major segment on the show.
Jelly Roll, a lifelong and passionate wrestling fan, is no stranger to WWE programming. He has made several appearances for the company, most notably at SummerSlam in 2024 where he got physical in the ring by delivering a chokeslam to Austin Theory.
