WWE star comments on AEW-TNT TV deal

AEW All Elite Wrestling TNT

One WWE star publicly commented on AEW (All Elite Wrestling) announcing a partnership with WarnerMedia that will see them produce live weekly matches on TNT in primetime later this year as well as stream their events through WarnerMedia’s B/R Live and on pay-per-view.

Pro wrestling fans should be excited for this move as it brings an alternative to what WWE is presenting content to their fans.

WWE NXT star Matt Riddle is one person who is really excited about this news and decided to take to his official Twitter account where he gave his reaction. He wrote the following:

“The face you make when you know the greatest era of wrestling is about to begin because of great competition! Thank You.”

It will be interesting to see what kind of reaction that WWE officials will have to Riddle doing this as the company has been signing current talent to new contracts for huge money in order to keep them under their banner. This is done to prevent the possibility of some talent signing with AEW.
