As noted earlier, WWE has announced another match for the WWE Fastlane Kickoff show.
The New Day (Big E and Xavier Woods) will take on Rusev and Shinsuke Nakamura on Sunday night but it looks like at least one WWE Superstar was not told directly by the company and he found out about the match by reading about it on Twitter.
Woods wrote, “Glad I opened twitter today or else I wouldn’t have known that we have a match this Sunday.”

This is the latest example of how crazy things are behind-the-scenes in WWE and plans change on a regular basis. In many cases, such as this one, matches are thrown together at the last minute.
In other cases, matches have been advertised on WWE.com for Raw and SmackDown Live but Vince McMahon will make a last minute change and the match won’t take place as originally advertised.
As WWE gets closer to SmackDown Live’s move to the FOX Network in the fall, I would bet on more crazy booking and last minute match-ups as WWE scrambles for ways to get their ratings up by October.
