Roxanne Perez is expected to return to WWE television on Monday’s Raw at Madison Square Garden in New York City, marking her first appearance since undergoing surgery in February to remove a benign mass from her back.
Perez has been out of action since shortly after the Royal Rumble in late January. Her last television appearance came on the Raw after the Royal Rumble, when she got involved in the Philly Street Fight between Raquel Rodriguez and Women’s World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. She revealed on TikTok in February that she had been dealing with the mass for months and had been working through the pain before doctors told her it was time to address it directly.
Perez said in her TikTok update that the first few days after surgery were rough and that she needed help standing and walking. She said the internal stitches needed time to settle and that she was limited in what she could train for until her medical team cleared her. The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported in recent weeks that Perez had resumed training and was progressing through her recovery, though she had not yet been medically cleared for competition at the time of that report.
Perez, 24, is a member of The Judgment Day on Raw and a former WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion alongside Raquel Rodriguez. She moved to the Raw roster in early 2025 after setting a record in the Women’s Royal Rumble by lasting one hour, seven minutes, and 47 seconds. She is also a two-time NXT Women’s Champion and a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion.
