This week’s episode of WWE Main Event on Hulu is special for at least one WWE star, as Nikki Cross got to share the ring with a familiar face.
After portraying her crazy character on WWE television, she made a big change to her gimmick in June 2021 when she debuted a new gimmick, Nikki ASH. She even had superhero-like gear. The “ASH” stood for ‘Almost A Superhero.
It was a big change for her as it was more comical than her previous gimmick and she found a lot of success with the character. She won the 2021 Money in the Bank match and the Raw Women’s Title. However, she went back to her old character, where she has continued to be used on Raw.
On Monday night, before Raw went live, WWE held Main Event tapings in Little Rock, Arkansas, where Cross worked a match with NXT’s Isla Dawn.
The other match featured on the show saw Dexter Lumis vs. Eddy Thorpe. In a post to promote the match, Cross wrote:
