A WWE star is hoping the company will introduce a new championship belt in the near future.
WWE has several championships in place, with the WWE Championship and World Heavyweight Championship serving as the top men’s singles titles. The women have the WWE Women’s Title and World Titles to go after in addition to the Women’s Tag Team Titles.
WWE recently introduced the NXT Women’s Title in addition to the Speed Title and Women’s Title. Karrion Kross thinks WWE needs to get more extreme.
Kross took to Twitter to call for the company to introduce an Extreme Wrestling Championship, which is basically what the Hardcore Title was years ago. He wrote the following:
“It would be awesome to hold an extreme rules tournament right now in WWE to introduce a new Extreme Wrestling Championship. No rules. No DQ. Pinfall, submission or knockout.”
