One WWE star is officially done with the company, which is an expected move.
Ricochet wrapped up his time on WWE TV earlier this month ahead of his departure from the promotion. Many people believe he could be AEW-bound.
He was written off the television when he was tossed into a WWE production truck and smashed through the windshield of a car by Bron Breakker, with WWE later noting Ricochet suffered multiple upper body injuries and will be out of action for an undisclosed amount of time.
Will Ospreay pushed for the promotion to sign Ricochet due to their history of classic matches and believes there is money on the table with Ricochet as an opponent or as a tag team.
