We talked about the crowded WWE roster many times here on WrestlingNews.co. We’ve also talked about how that crowded roster is forcing more wrestlers to sit on the sidelines. Mojo Rawley expressed frustration earlier this week. Others like Tyler Breeze and Tye Dillinger (before his hand injury) have also expressed that they want TV time.
This Sunday’s Survivor Series will feature more wrestlers than most of their non-WrestleMania pay-per-views but there are still some main roster stars not booked for the show.
Heath Slater and Rhyno are two WWE stars not advertised for a match on Sunday and Slater is not happy about it.
Slater took to Instagram to vent about being left off the show. He wrote the following on Wednesday:
“2 years ago Captain of Team @wwe #smackdown This Sunday #survivorseries NOTHING!!!!!!!!! Can’t even get a damn spot on the team. Only up from here. #wwe #ppv #survivorseries #bookme #dangerously #underrated #igotkids #ineedtofeed #damn”
Slater followed up with this on Friday:
“Ahhhhhh!!!! I’m frustrated as hell.. Just want to be apart of #survivorseries DamnIt… Come on now @wwe Let Me Entertain the people!!! #dangerously #underrated @squaredcircleshow #thanksforthepicture #ahhh #readytohitsomeone #wwe #igotkids”
Sadly for him, it looks like his chances of being spotlighted will decrease as WWE prepares to bring in more talent into the company this January. There’s also been talk of bringing up at least one NXT name up to the main roster this weekend and they are adding more women.
