WWE star signs new contract after requesting his release last month

Another WWE star has signed a multi-year deal with the company.

Oney Lorcan announced on Twitter that he has signed a new deal. He tweeted, “I AM PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT I HAVE AGREED TO A NEW MULTI YEAR CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH WORLD WRESTLING ENTERTAINMENT MAY THE WRESTLING GODS HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOULS.”

This comes as a surprise because he had requested his release in late September. He was also critical of Triple H for his comments about wrestlers going on social media with their issues.

Another sign that Lorcan was looking towards his post-WWE future was when he changed his name on Twitter to Biff Busick, the name he used before he joined the company.

It appears everything has been worked out and he won’t be going anywhere for the next few years. Lorcan has been with the company since 2015 after a run with EVOLVE, Beyond Wrestling, and other companies.
