WWE star teases match with Brock Lesnar
Brock Lesnar will be off television for the next few months after WWE gave him an “indefinite suspension” due to his recent storyline actions that included him attacking Universal Champion Roman Reigns, a cameraman, and even WWE authority figure Adam Pearce on Friday’s episode of SmackDown.
To help break up the attack on Reigns, Pearce had sent out a group of wrestlers to help calm down Lesnar. Cesaro was one of them and is now hinting at a potential match with the former WWE Champion.
Cesaro took to Twitter to share a photo of the staredown between himself and Lesnar. He also wrote in the caption, “Hey big guy, sun’s getting real low…”
Obviously, this has led to speculation that Cesaro could end up being Lesnar’s next opponent when he returns to TV. Lesnar is advertised for the Royal Rumble in January and with WWE planning to do at least one more match between Lesnar and Reigns, Cesaro could just be the right opponent for Lesnar to beat ahead of the rematch at WrestleMania 38.
