WWE will be without a star who has seen his stock rise this year.
That star is Bronson Reed, who was injured at the WWE Survivor Series: WarGames Premium Live Event when working the main event. The bout featured Roman Reigns, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), Sami Zayn, and CM Punk going over The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga, and Tonga Loa) and Reed.
Coming out of this match, three stars are sidelined with injuries, including Reed, who broke his foot and will need surgery. He was spotted in Birmingham, Alabama, on Tuesday.
Jimmy also has a broken toe, while WWE announced last week that Tonga Loa is out of action with torn triceps. This injury will keep him on the shelf for several months.
Reed took to his official Twitter/X account to confirm he will have his surgery later today. Reed wrote, “Surgery tomorrow 🙏🏽”
As of this writing, there’s no timetable for his return, although he’s expected to be out of action for several months with the belief in WWE that he will miss WrestleMania 41. We wish him a speedy recovery.
Surgery tomorrow 🙏🏽
