WWE is slated to present the fallout edition of Raw next week following this coming Saturday’s King and Queen of the Ring Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia.
The quick turnaround for Clash at the Castle will also start next month. The first match has been confirmed for the show, which will see Braun Strowman in action.
Strowman underwent neck fusion surgery last June after being sidelined in May of 2023 before returning in April as a member of the Raw roster. Since his return, Strowman has only worked one match, which was a dark match at a May 10 SmackDown event against Shinsuke Nakamura, where he went over.
WWE has announced that Strowman vs. JD McDonagh will take place next week, as Strowman has been feuding with The Judgment Day since his return.
On this week’s episode of Raw, Strowman got involved when Judgment Day’s McDonagh and Finn Balor challenged Awesome Truth (The Miz and R-Truth) for the World Tag Team Titles, as he helped the babyfaces retain their titles when McDonagh was pinned by R-Truth. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest told JD that he would need to get a match with Strowman for next week, something Strowman confirmed in a promo on Raw Talk.
