On Monday’s episode of WWE Raw, the company brought back one star who had been on hiatus for several months, and her future is up in the air.
That star is Natalya, who signed a new deal with the company months ago yet has remained absent from TV. She returned on Raw, where she won a six-woman tag team match.
While appearing on Growing Up Von Erich, Natalya revealed that she took time off for a few reasons, including projects she was working on. She said that returning in Calgary was the right spot for her due to her family connection.
Natalya praised the company and Triple H for letting her take the time off for a mental break. She also revealed she underwent eye surgery to correct astigmatism in her eye. She needed additional time off to recover from that and praised Triple H for understanding her circumstances. Natalya noted it was ‘cool to have a boss that’s a human,’ a possible knock at Vince McMahon, who was known to be a workaholic.
Natalya stated that things have changed in WWE, and working for Triple H has been a breath of fresh air. You can check out the interview below:
