As noted earlier, Jimmy Uso was arrested on Thursday morning in Pensacola, Florida for a DUI. He was booked at 3:04 am with his bond set for $1,000.
Law enforcement officials say he was speeding when an officer got behind him and noticed that Jimmy was driving erratically by “swerving left and right.”
Law enforcement officials say Jimmy reeked of alcohol when he was pulled over and he refused to take a DUI test. He was also hit with a speeding citation along with the DUI charge.
In response to the story, WWE issued the following statement:
“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”
That statement has become standard for these type of incidents so I wouldn’t expect them to comment further on the situation.
