SummerSlam Night 1 lineup:
World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs CM Punk
Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed
WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs Jade Cargill
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss
Randy Orton and Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul
Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross (with Scarlett)

Cardi B was introduced as the host of the show.
Roman Reigns and Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed (w/Paul Heyman)
Breakker went for the spear on Jey but Roman pushed Jey out of the way and took the spear. Jey superkicked Breakker and then Reed. Jey followed this up by hitting the Uso splash on Reed and pinned him.
Winners: Roman Reigns and Jey Uso
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship: The Judgment Day (Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez) (c) vs. Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss
Bliss went to punch Raquel, but Raquel moved out of the way and the punch hit Charlotte. Roxanne tossed Bliss out of the ring. Raquel hit a Tejana Bomb on Charlotte and Roxanne followed it up with a Pop Rocks but Bliss broke up the pin attempt. Bliss dragged Charlotte to her corner so she could make the tag. Charlotte looked like she was going to attack Bliss, but she hit Raquel with a boot to the face. Bliss hit the Sister Abigail on Roxanne and pinned her to win the titles.

Sami Zayn vs. Karrion Kross (with Scarlett)
Scarlett slid the pipe into the ring while distracting the referee. Kross picked it up and was going to use it on Zayn, but Zayn hit him with the Blue Thunder Bomb. Zayn attacked Kross who was up against the ropes. The referee pulled him off on three occasions. When the referee went to check on Kross, Scarlett put the pipe on the ring apron for Zayn to use hoping Zayn would crack. Zayn picked up the pipe, thought about it, and threw it out of the ring onto the mat. As Zayn yelled at Scarlett, Kross rolled him up for a near fall. Zayn hit him with an Exploder and a Helluva Kick to score the pinfall.
Winner: Sami Zayn
Hulk Hogan Tribute
A video package narrated by Michael Cole aired noting that Hogan was undefeated at SummerSlam.
WWE Women’s Championship: Tiffany Stratton (c) vs Jade Cargill
Tiffany went for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever, but Jade got her knees up. Jade hit Tiffany with the Jaded, but Tiffany had her feet on the ropes on the pin attempt. Tiffany blocked the Jaded and rolled her up for a two-count. Jade hit Tiffany with a chokeslam and pulled her up to the top rope to deliver the Jaded. Tiffany blocked it by flipping her down to the mat. Tiffany then hit Jade with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever and pinned her to retain the title.
Winner: Tiffany Stratton
Randy Orton and Jelly Roll vs. Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul
All four men were brawling outside the ring. McIntyre hit Orton with a Claymore Kick. McIntyre set Jelly Roll up on the announce desk and Logan dove off the top turnbuckle onto Jelly through the announce table.
The medical team came out to check on Jelly while the match continued inside the ring. The medical team finally got Jelly to his feet and were helping him up the ramp when he turned around and returned to the ring. Orton tagged in Jelly. Jelly hit Logan with a chokeslam and McIntyre with the Black Hole Slam. Logan came off the top rope and Jelly caught him with a powerslam for a near fall. McIntyre hit Jelly with the Claymore Kick. Orton caught McIntyre with the RKO. Logan threw Orton shoulder first into the ring post. Logan then dove off the top rope with a frog splash on Jelly and pinned him.
Winners: Drew McIntyre and Logan Paul
World Heavyweight Championship: Gunther (c) vs CM Punk
Punk and Gunther brawled outside the ring. Gunther stood on the announce table to gloat. Punk tripped him up and he hit face first on the table. When he got up, his face was bloody. He made his way back into the ring, but he had a hard time seeing with the blood rolling down his face. Punk hit Gunther with a running knee to his face followed by a clothesline. Punk landed a flying elbow from the top rope. Gunther blocked the GTS and caught Punk in the sleeper. Punk escaped and hit the GTS but it only staggered Gunther. Punk hit him with another GTS and pinned him to win the title.
Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: CM Punk
After the match, Seth Rollins appeared with Paul Heyman. Rollins was on crutches wearing a knee brace. Rollins threw the crutches down, took off his knee brace and got in the ring with the Money in the Bank briefcase. He blocked the GTS and hit Punk repeatedly with the briefcase. Rollins handed the briefcase to the referee and told her that he was cashing it in. He hit the Curb Stomp on Punk and pinned him to win the title. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed came to the ring to congratulate Rollins.
Winner and new World Heavyweight Champion: Seth Rollins
