We are still a couple of months away from WrestleMania but some fans already looking ahead to The Biggest Party of the Summer. Yes, SummerSlam tickets have already gone on sale. ESPN Senior Writer Arash Markazi showed fans what the collector tickets look like. As you can see below, it’s a hologram that features two groups of Superstars.
The first group of Superstars shown are Roman Reigns, Shinsuke Nakamura, Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, The Usos, Naomi and Braun Strowman. The second group features the Smackdown blue colors and includes WWE Champion AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, Sasha Banks, Samoa Joe, The New Day and Randy Orton.
There are rumors of a WWE Draft taking place sometime in late Summer so the hologram ticket has fans speculating. I wouldn’t read too much into it right now because I doubt that WWE knows right now what they’ll be doing for the draft. It’s worth noting that the fans that purchased Backlash tickets have gotten emails saying that the PPV will be a combined brand show so there’s a good chance that brand-exclusive shows are coming to an end soon. The brand-exclusive shows are not cost-effective for the WWE Network so you can expect some sort of shake up this year to get subscriber numbers, ratings, and ticket sales up.
