For the most part, everyone was fine after last night’s SummerSlam pay-per-view but PWInsider is reporting that Erick Rowan suffered some sort of arm injury (possibly an issue with his bicep) during the Bludgeon Brothers match against The New Day at SummerSlam.
There was a match scheduled between The Bludgeon Brothers against the team of Luke Harper and Karl Anderson at the live event in Atlantic City but that was changed to a singles match between Harper and Anderson with Gallows in his corner. We’re told that Rowan was not at the show because doctors are evaluating his injury. We don’t know how long he will be out of action and what this would mean for the Smackdown Tag Team Championships.
We were also told that EC3 was banged up after NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4. WWE.com posted a photo of him and his eye looked pretty bad. There was also some concern that he may have suffered a concussion during his match with Velveteen Dream.
