WWE Superstar off of WWE TV to film an upcoming movie for WWE Studios

The reason why WWE wrote Dolph Ziggler off of TV last Monday night is because he is going to Vancouver this week to star in a WWE Studios thriller titled “6:42.”

WWE claims that he will be “out of action indefinitely.”

According to promotional material for the film, Ziggler plays a cop named Ray Fitzpatrick, who has to overcome his past while dealing with a plot to blow up a child with a bomb strapped to their chest.

Filming will last for four weeks. This will leave Ziggler off of TV until mid-August.
