Neville, who broke his ankle in two spots on March 14th in a match with Chris Jericho, returned to in-ring action at Tuesday’s SmackDown TV tapings in Grand Rapids, MI at the Van Andel Arena. Neville defeated Bo Dallas in a dark match before the tapings.
He is scheduled to wrestle Jericho at the big MSG house show on Saturday night. I believe he will also be on the Glenns Falls house show on Sunday night.
Neville’s return comes at a good time for WWE due to their issues with talent depth. If he ends up on the Smackdown brand, then he may get a renewed push there if they go ahead with plans to push the younger talent.
