WWE Superstar set to appear as playable character in non-wrestling video game
Xavier Woods has found a brand new fanbase outside of the WWE Universe with his Up Up Down Down channel on YouTube. Not only is this show incredibly entertaining but it’s often loaded with special guests as well merging WWE and video games in a way few people thought would be possible.
Although Wood’s YouTube channel might make some pro wrestling purists yell, “kayfabe!” it hasn’t lost any momentum and recently toppled 1 million subscribers which is a huge accomplishment. His video game ventures also allow for battles with guys such as Kenny Omega and The Young Bucks creating a virtual bridge in between rival pro wrestling companies.
Now it looks like Woods will have even more to celebrate because he will be included as a playable character in the upcoming Bomberman game. The Bomberman franchise has delighted fans for decades and Woods replied how excited he was to be one of the characters in the game.
This was apparently something Woods has worked on for a few months and it’s finally seeing the light of day. Not only is it very cool but it could also usher in even more video game cameos for WWE’s resident video game expert.
