In 2023, WWE began moving its employees from Titan Towers to its new headquarters before the building was put up for sale in September 2024. Titan Towers has now been sold.
The move to a new HQ had been in the works for years, but the pandemic pushed back WWE’s plans to build the new building and move in. The 400,000-square-foot space building can house more than 800 employees.
Sports Illustrated previously reported that WWE’s old HQ was valued at $18 million in 2023. A Newmark listing noted the building is more than 90,000 square feet and has 300 parking spaces.
CTInsider.com reports that real estate firm MB Financial Group purchased the building for $3.75 million with plans to convert the building into apartment space. WWE first moved into the building in 1985 after being built in 1981.
WWE has a lease for the new HQ for 16.5 years with five five-year renewal options afterward. WWE previously sold its production facility on Hamilton Avenue to a developer for $7.5 million in December 2024.
