WWE To Hold Upcoming Double Tapings For Raw and SmackDown

October will be a unique month for WWE as they plan to tape upcoming episodes of Raw and SmackDown.

PWInsider.com reports that WWE will not air a live episode of Raw on October 14th. Instead, WWE will air a live episode on October 7th, the fallout edition of Raw for Bad Blood, and then tape the following week’s episode. The reason for that is the upcoming European tour next month.

The report adds that WWE is slated to air a live SmackDown episode on October 25th from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, before taping the November 1st episode of SmackDown.

WWE has opted to not air SmackDown the night before Crown Jewel like they did earlier this year from Saudi Arabia. As previously noted, WWE will tape Raw on the Sunday after Crown Jewel in Saudi.

WWE announced several holiday live events for December. You can see those listings here.
