WWE to host a two-day tryout at IMG Academy this week

The next round of WWE tryouts are set as Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated reports that WWE will hold a two-day tryout at IMG Academy on November 30 and December 1.

Approximately 30 to 35 athletes will be there in the IMG tryout. NXT superstars and Big E will be on hand for the tryouts.

WWE previously held these big tryouts for college athletes during WrestleMania and SummerSlam weekends.

For the tryouts on WrestleMania weekend, WWE signed 18 talents to developmental contracts, while on SummerSlam weekend, the company signed another 15 talents to developmental contracts.

Big E, a former college football athlete with Iowa, has stated in the past that he wished there was more of a direction for college athletes after graduation. With him, on the sidelines, while recovering from a broken neck, he has helped Triple H and other officials scout talent beginning with the SummerSlam tryouts.
