“WWE: Unreal” Season 2 Release Date Announced

The second season of the hit Netflix series “WWE: Unreal” has been officially scheduled for release. The new season is set to premiere on January 20th, bringing fans another behind-the-scenes look at the lives of WWE Superstars.

Netflix Sports confirmed the release date on social media, listing a star-studded cast of participants for the upcoming episodes. The lineup includes Seth Rollins, Becky Lynch, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Pat McAfee, Jelly Roll, R-Truth, Iyo Sky, Naomi, Chelsea Green, Penta, and Lyra Valkyria.

According to a new report from BodySlam+, production for the season is “in full swing,” with crews capturing a significant amount of footage covering major events from the last eight months. The report notes that sit-down interviews with key cast members like Rollins, Lynch, and R-Truth are scheduled shortly to provide the narrative backbone for the season.

Two major storylines have been highlighted as focal points for Season 2. The first involves R-Truth’s contract saga earlier this year. The veteran superstar briefly left the company in June after his contract expired, sparking a massive fan movement for his return. He eventually made a shocking comeback at Money in the Bank, attacking John Cena.

The second major focus will be Seth Rollins’ Money in the Bank cash-in at SummerSlam. The storyline saw Rollins fake a knee injury for weeks leading up to the event before miraculously returning to cash in on CM Punk and capture the World Heavyweight Championship.
