CM Punk took issue with The Miz after WWE Backstage and ripped him on Twitter.
It all started when the @WWEonFOX Twitter account posted a post-show video of The Miz shortly after WWE Backstage. Miz said, “We are now done with WWE Backstage. They’re taking the microphones off of me. It was great, it was amazing.” Miz continued, “I feel like this was the best WWE Backstage episode ever.”
Renee Young chimed in and said Ember Moon’s appearance was pretty good. Miz responded, “Oh, sorry I didn’t change the culture. My bad.”
The now-deleted tweet response to The Miz from Punk said, “Go suck a blood money covered d**k in Saudi Arabia you f**king dork.”
For the record, The Miz is one of the few WWE Superstars who opted not to go to go to the recent Saudi Arabia show for the Crown Jewel event.
For those of you who saw Punk’s WWE Backstage debut in November, you will remember that Punk promised to “change the culture.” That was apparently what Miz was referencing last night and that did not sit too well with Punk.
There has been no response from The Miz on what Punk said. Punk hasn’t appeared on WWE Backstage in a few weeks but he is scheduled to be back on the January 21st episode.
