WWE star Rhea Ripley revealed on social media that she is wearing a heart monitor. The device is usually worn to track potential irregularities in the heart.
Ripley has been out of action since the June 6th episode of WWE Raw. She won a Fatal 4-Way match to earn a shot at Bianca Belair’s Raw Women’s Championship at the Money In The Bank pay-per-view but the match was scrapped because Ripley was not cleared to wrestle.
Ripley was injured in the Fatal 4-Way after taking a knee shot to the face. She has since revealed that she’s been dealing with a brain and jaw injury. The brain injury is believed to be concussion-related but she has not elaborated more on this. The jaw injury led to her having to get dental work done.
We are unaware of any heart issues going on with her before today. We wish Ripley the best and a speedy recovery.
