Xavier Woods calls out WWE for ignoring SmackDown’s win on Survivor Series Kickoff show

At the end of last night’s Survivor Series pay-per-view, WWE showed a graphic that indicated that Raw beat SmackDown 6-0. That is technically incorrect if you include the Kickoff show. Xavier Woods wasn’t too thrilled about the omission.

Woods pointed out that the SmackDown crew won the 5-on-5 tag team elimination match and they should be included because the pre-show counts. After all, the pre-show takes place in the same arena in front of the same fans. He said, “Me: HEY @WWE! RESPECT THE TAG DIVISION OF BOTH SHOWS AND LET THE PEOPLE KNOW THAT SMACKDOWN GOT A WIN TONIGHT. THE SCORE WAS 6 – 1 #PreshowCounts”

During the main show, Michael Cole referenced the Kickoff show and basically let the fans at home know that it doesn’t count for the overall win tally. The reason for this is because Vince McMahon was trying to tell a story that is supposed to lead to Shane McMahon’s heel turn.

In that case, maybe WWE should have booked the Raw team to go over on the Kickoff show.

Here is what McMahon said after the show:
