Zelina Vega is been on fire since she was paired up with Andrade Cien Almas in NXT and she has been great on the main roster. Vega has moved forward in her career and it appears that she has moved forward with her personal life.
Vega and Austin Aries broke up a long time ago but some fans either refuse to let it go or have lived under a rock. She made it clear today after a fan apparently suggested that she is either married or engaged to Aries. The tweet from the fan was deleted so we don’t know what prompted her response.
She wrote, “I am going to say this once: We are NOT together and have not been together for a very long time. We were certainly NEVER married or engaged. I’ve moved on a long time ago and do not wish to be associated with him.”

Back in May, Aries congratulated Vega on her Smackdown Live debut. There was no response from her on Twitter and we don’t know why they broke up but it doesn’t seem like it was a cordial split.
Meanwhile, Aries took a shot at WWE after they posted a throwback clip from 2016 of Hideo Itami hitting the GTS on him at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II.
