Seth Rollins may have been injured during his match with Kevin Owens at WWE Clash Of Champions. It looked like the injury happened when Owens hit a nasty looking gut buster off the top rope. Rollins continued to favor his ribs throughout the match and looked to be in a lot of pain. I figured that he was just selling but it appears that he may have been injured because someone backstage noted to me that Rollins was still holding his ribs as he walked through the curtain.
If he’s not injured then he did a hell of a job selling his ribs. If he is injured then we hope it’s not too serious and hopefully it’s nothing that will keep him out of action for an extended period of time.
The Owens-Rollins storyline is expected to continue and it’s looking like (if Rollins is ok) they will have a rematch at next month’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
