TMZ Sports recently caught up with 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist and 2017 WWE Hall Of Fame inductee Kurt Angle. Angle was asked about Linda McMahon joining Donald Trump’s administration. Angle said, “Linda has always been business-savvy [and] she’s always taken care of WWE from the business perspective [and] Vince McMahon has always taken care of it from the creative perspective so you have to give Linda credit for what she’s done for that company. I think she’s perfect for representing the Trump cabinet for small businesses. She knows what she’s talking about.”
Angle said that she got the most votes when Congress voted. He said that she speaks for herself and she knows how to turn the business around and he mentioned that Vince and Linda went bankrupt 4 times before turning things around so you need someone who has learned from mistakes. He believes that she is the right person for the job.
Angle is back in the good graces with WWE and he will be inducted into their Hall Of Fame during WrestleMania weekend. The talk within the company is that Angle’s wrestling days are not over yet because he will wrestle a few matches with the company, pending the standard medical tests that everyone must undergo.
